PDW Support / Decoding Hebrew messages

HI all,
I am trying to decode POCSAG/FLEX messages written in Hebrew.
PDW 3.12 is indeed decoding the messages, but all is gibberish - no Hebrew, English or any other known language.
I have tried to change both character set to Hebrew and the "fonts" section in "display" label options.
Nothing helped.
The transmission is not encrypted.
According to manual, PDW 3.12 supports decoding messages written in Hebrew, so I cant figure out what is wrong here.
Any ideas/thoughts?
