Usb interface problem with Lenovo pc

my lenovo thinkcentre m700 model 004wmx teases when i turn on usb interface. The reception is getting very poor. But when I put it to my Hp laptop with Intel (R) Core (TM) i3-3110M CPU @ 2.40GHz 2.40 GHz which has a number of years on it, it runs 100%.
Are there any who have a good idea what the problem might be??
