I just installed PDW 3.12 on Windows 7 to decode POCSAG 1200 from a Alinco Scanner - without(!) a discriminator output. And I am very surprised how PDW does the job - great!
I try to adjust the language.df file for my needs - it seems that it is not very clear which code page is used.
