PDW with sound card input not working

Hello wewryone

Sorry for my bad english, cuz I come from Slovenia.

I have an old transreciever ISKRA PTR-100/2, and it's processed to discrimminator output.. And this cable I'm connected to microphone with 3,5mm jack.
And at PDW 3.1 I was in interface setup I have selected ""soundcard""  at configuration is Earphone 1 at Simple rate is 44100.
But there is a problem.. The signal indicator on the far right of the toolbar moves from 1st dot to 2nd dot, not to last red dots when it was recieving a signal, but i can hear this receiving signal.
Belov the indicator is sign: RX-Q.

Please help me if anyone knows a problem, what can i do.?
