POCSAG not able to decode properly

I have no prob with FLEX transmissions, however, any POCSAG transmissions are garbled on the screen & not able to be read.
I have downloaded another program called POC32 (not a bad program but nowhere near as good as PDW) and I can successfully receive & decode POCSAG there without any issues, so I know the audio is being received ok.

I'm running a 64bit Windows 10 PC with a Uniden BCT15X scanner which has a discriminator fitted.

Does anybody have any ideas why PDW won't decode POCSAG ??

Any help or advice very much appreciated.
