PDW Signal lowering
« on: 14 Sep 2020, 09:11:59 »
Hey!

I've managed to make my PDW get signal. Now I start with 94.3%.. waiting 10 minutes and then goes to 80.4% step by step...

How can I stop it from moving?

The solution: improve the input signal.

For a detailed answer, you have to provide more information.

- What type of scanner do you use?
- Does it have a discriminator output?
- What type of signal are you monitoring?

I guess it is something with PDW, because it can be at 70% and then I reopen and get 95% with good info again

If you start PDW, the signal indicator always starts at 95%. It then stabilizes to the actual signal quality. So, it's not PDW but  the quality of your signal.

In many cases, using a DVB-T stick does not lead to a stable solution.'
