I ship worldwide by PostNL Parcel without Track & Trace. Your purchase is covered by PayPal's Buyer Protection.
If required, Registered Mail with tracking is possible at cost [Zone EUR 1/EUR2 EUR 12.55/14.55, rest of the world EUR 19.30].
Interfaces are usually built over the weekend and will dispatch on Monday after your payment. I will email a confirmation on the shipping day. Typical transfer times are 3-5 work days for Europe and 5-10 work days outside Europe. This excludes possible delays at Customs outside the EU.
You may have to pay customs duty and tax if you live outside the European Union. Based on customer feedback from Australia, Canada and the United States, this rarely happens
in these countries.
All interfaces are tested extensively before shipping. They come with a two year warranty (under normal use and conditions).
Discriminator Output
If you don't want to do it yourself and you can't find someone qualified in your area, I can modify your scanner with a discriminator output. Upon appointment, you can send
your scanner to me, properly packed. I will make the modification and send your scanner back (Insured and Signed For), usually within 5 work days. This service is only available for inhabitants of
the European Union - no customs duties involved.
